Pia in the Spot Light

Amongst all the bad news about PIA that makes news this is one time, when PIA is in the limelight. It will be the first airline to take delivery of Boeing's newest offering, the Worldliner Boeing 777.

The new, 301-passenger, long-range 777 is expected to make its first flight in March and will be delivered first to Pakistan International airlines, its launch customer for the new version of the 777, in January of 2006.

good stuff, now well have direct flights from NY to Lahore..no manchester, england stopover...!

I think its good PIA is getting something new but , personally, I feel much safer in 4 engined jets than 2 engine ones, especially if you are flying over oceans for a while
