Hello Sir @Mamoon, How are you?

I am feeling pain in back and my left hip ( lower than hip also) and local MBBS doctor said that it looks like sciatica. I feel that pain in November but in a month I was fine but now after playing street cricket my pain in greater than that initial pain in November.

That pain occur because of lifting a wait in awkward way.

I am also getting married on 13 feb.
Suggest me what should I do?
I am also from Peshawar suggest me something ( a doctor or some exercise etc)

You need to see an orthopedic. I would recommend Dr. Atiq-ur-Rehman in HMC.
