Well im no expert or coach

But as i play in club and by going by his ways of coaching

You should keep your self compact when running in to bowl. To let your weight flow freely. Keep yourself compact and release your self when you are about to deliver your ball.

Which club do you play for? I saw your post in which you were asking how clubs work and how to join them?

Shoaib Akhtar was fast enough but was not a better seam bowler. I think the action of Waqar Younis was much better for speed and seam also...
