Yes. You can mix in a little castor oil for hair growth. Some oils can be bad for SD so just ask me

2 weeks routine is to see how you react to it. Then we can discuss further.

In my scalp it seems it's full of it, even though spots are not there, but if you don't shampoo for two days they tend to show up and itching increases.

As you rub over the scalp the strong dandruff spots get out of the skin.

    Which oils I cannot use?

And what next after two weeks when it gets clear? Like we will have to use coconut oil every once or twice a week and scalp will stay free?

I know what you are talking about. That's definitely SD. We don't want to under shampoo or over shampoo so every other day as specified and it'll get better and better.

Firstly we need to see if you are 100 percent clear or need to make any changes. And then yes kind of like that. Once you are clear 100 percent it doesn't come back very fast. Starts off slow. Imagine as it came the first time. So you'll know how much you need to do then in terms of oil/acv/garlic and whatever else is part of your regiment. I've given you the tools.

Oils that are high in Oleic acid. Not sure if that's the right spelling. You want oils higher in linoilec acid instead. My spelling for both might be comoletely wrong. Don't worry about growing hair with oils though. Once you are clear your lost hair will grow back unless it's a long term thing which it's not in this case.

Interestingly at first there was no such thing that you scrap the head and dandruff spots get out of the head, although I still had dandruff which sometimes used to be clear 100% as I used some oils.

But now even those oils don't seem to work as this dandruff is like stuck into my scalp and is itchy.

I was planning on using Rosemary, Sunflower, Lavender oil for hairs before this itching showed up.

Let me know if these are alright? I'm not very familiar with the mentioned terms such as linoilec acid

Rosemary and Lavender should be okay as long as they are not more than 1 percent of the carrier oil. Essential oils should be used with care. Do your own research about them because they can affect pgd2/pge2 which may or may not have a negative/positive effect on hair growth. I read somewhere that peppermint essential oil can encourage pgd2 which isn't good for hair growth. Basically you want to encourage pge2 and inhibit pgd2. I would stick to castor oil for regret really. It is a decent pge2 antagonist. Black seed oil has shown to inhibit pgd2 so that could also be good.

Could be because your scalp was already suffocated with dead skin but it wasn't enough for you to notice them or itchy.

It could be other reasons too but you need to eliminate this first to look at other possibilities. I'm pretty sure it'll get a lot better once your scalp gets a chance to breathe.

I've heard coconut oil is the holy grail when it comes to choosing certain oils for your hair, also drinking a lot of water is excellent for your hair since they need that nutrition and can flush out all of your toxins but drinking sugary drinks can jeopardise your hair in the long term.

Put it on before sleeping and shower first thing in the morning. It just needs to be on your scalp so if you have long hair you don't need to worry about getting all the hair in it. Just enough for a nice five minute scalp massage. Try to not let it be in your hair for a long time though. I think I mentioned it in my plan post. Keep it under 12 hours as the fungus can then start feeding on it. If you use something like grapeseed oil you can keep it on for as long as you like. But at a minimum a couple of hours id say for any oil.

@Heisenberg, Can I apply it at 6pm and have shower at 10pm?

Let's say I have put oil at night for the first time in morning I wash with ACV, And then oil up again after 1 day gap on 6pm and wash away at 10pm with same routine carried out for 2 weeks.

Yes no problem. However you really need to spray ACV every time you shampoo; leave it on for 5 minutes and then wash it off.

ACV everytime I shampoo for these two weeks only?

I shampoo every day, so I'll be using ACV everyday for two weeks?

There is a prp solution in the US where its not as invasive and im not sure how effcetive it is as opposed to hair translplant. But ive heard its minillay less invasive and you go in and out within less than 40 minutes and results are there to see within a couple of months and no one even knows that you had the procedure done..

You need to use ACV right after you shampoo. I recommended shampoo every other day so that make it every other day after shampoo. If you want to shampoo every day (which I wouldn't recommend at all) then every day after shampoo yes.

Also I'm not sure about those ingredients. You can buy seka ki shampoo from any super market which is cheap and it works. Try this for now if you've already bought it though.

Maybe ask them on their Facebook page. In Karachi, you can get it in any supermarket.

As for oily hair, that's normal if you shampoo every day and have SD. SLS makes you lose natural oils from scalp and it compensates by producing more oil so if you shampoo every other day with SLS free shampoo it should be fine after a couple of weeks and you'll not get so oily after a day.

Takes time. If you scratch it out you're just delaying the healing process. Try to keep your nails short and if you must scratch use your finger only.

Good to know it feels better. Try to go a day without shampoo and it'll feel even better eventually

Oh and if you aren't having raw garlic for internal treatment then have a tablespoon of the cold pressed coconut oil (not in food or cooked) daily. Also consider getting 5000 mcg biotin which helps with SD and will help with growing your lost hair back much quicker and thicker. If you notice your hair/skin getting more oily on biotin and you don't like it, drink a lot more water throughout the day. If you notice acne on it, stop altogether.

Without internal treatment, you won't ever be 100 percent clear and the key here is garlic which is also very good for hair with its sulfur content. And of course if you have an allergy like I have with milk you'll need to cut that down.

I don't drink milk anyways, But I don't seem to have allergy with any milk based products, I don't feel at least.

Not inclined to try biotin, I should drink one tablespoon of Coconut Oil itself? And garlic is really tough ask

I didn't think so either about milk but anyway you don't have to worry about that for now.

Alternative is coconut oil internally. One tablespoon daily as I said. Maybe that will be enough but we will see. Do coconut oil one tablespoon for now and we will see about garlic later.

No your skin isn't used to it yet. How are you applying ACV? Dilute it half and half with water in a spray bottle and they spray it on your scalp after shampoo. A few weeks later you can do 75:25 ACV to water and then when you are used to that, you can do ACV straight.

Also, you said a part of your face. It could be that you have SD on that part and that was just a reaction but still dilute it half and half with water for now. I've told you the solution for the face which is easiest to get rid of. If of course it turns out that you have it on the face too.

Non of the home remedies worked for me
The only thing worked for me was Hair laser treatment which reverse the cycle if you have very thin hair line left i have attached the pictures of my progress and i have also done this treatment on other clients where some of them had thin hairs had positive result.

But to do this treatment you need to have patience as it take at least 4 months to see abit of difference and by 7 to 8th month you will see significant difference.

Only sitting under laser won't help

    The procedure:
To do this treatment you need to do it twice a week at least where you need few days gaps e.g if you do it on Monday than next one do it on Thursday.

    The things you need.

    1. A Hair laser treatment Helmet from ebay with 68 laser lights.

    2. Derma roller from ebay 1mm with 92 pins at least cost about 4 to 5 pounds
you need to roll the roller on the effected parts of your head for 20 30 sec

    3. 12 month supply of 5% minoxidil with 1ml dripper from Ebay where you need to apply(massage) it on your bold patch twice a day and also after rolling the derma roller.

So after getting all the above items you need to roll the roller for 20 30sec and than apply the mioxidil 1ml using a dripper and massage it on the head
Lastly put the helmet on for 25 minutes. twice a week only or you can use the helmet 3 times with few days gaps.

Lastly please note it will only work on those if you have thin hairs or are starting to feel that you are loosing hairs
if your head is without any hair at all it wont work. maybe some of the small tiny ones will pop out.

it will cover most of your head where there are hairs but hey its still better than nothing.

I really hope it help someone. but always start with Bismillah Insha-Allah you will have your hairs back

@Heisenberg I'll dilute it 50/50 for tomorrow's treatment, It's started itching slightly again, Also the sticky dandruff is still there although seems reduced greatly.

BTW I think the hairloss is possibly due to SD, Because whenever I've felt dandruff in my hairs I've had extreme hair loss, The dandruff is also in my chest from where I loose massive hairs but I don't loose any hair from arms of hands where there is no dandruff.

In July I used to apply oil regularly, that was a mix of few oils, It reduced the hairloss and dandruff temporarily.

I also noticed that during this all time when I did not shampoo for two days, the dandruff seemed to increase although most of times my scalp was clear (In July).

And yes my scalp has started getting oily again today after 17 hours of shampoo.

Ignore the oilyness and itching for a day till you shampoo. Once you are clear and if still getting too oily for your liking you can shampoo every day. Having said that there's a good chance you'll not get as oily once your scalp gets used to shampoo once every two days. That could take a month or so.

Well I did tell you it was due to SD so it's not surprising for me. You can use baking soda/anti dandruff shampoo on chest during shower and follow it up with ACV.

@Heisenberg But it was so surprising for me because earlier I never had other symptoms like Itching or burning sensation

And out of a sudden my situation became horrible. I would like to tell you that my head was almost dandruff free sometimes although hairs did still fell, But then again it used to show up when I did not shampoo for a day or after sometime of not oiling in my hairs.

So with SD you may get fresh scalp for a while with some treatments like oils once or twice a week but it still won't go away because it's somewhere deep into the roots and scalp which then leads up to continous hair loss despite even dandruff not being visible on even scrapping head?

Mind you, one dermatologist saw my scalp and told me I have alopecia (he did not mention Seborrheic Dematitis like previous doctor), But it could be that he was trying to rip me off.

Then I went to third dermatologist who also told me about Seborrheic Dermatitis.

Possibly. I don't know when this thing started for you because earlier on it's much easier to 'treat' with oils and other such stuff which are useless in the long run.

I think you need to stop scrapping your head because that itself could pull out hair which can lead to traction alopecia. Can we talk somewhere else because people come here and assume that we are talking about male pattern baldness. Plus, it's become more of a one on one convo in a hair loss thread.

its a cold laser so it doesnt have any side affects
As for Heart i didnt had any issues as i only applied it on my head
but it did made my head skin dry abit. but it was fine after i applied normal mustard oil.

but if you were to start the laser treatment make sure you do roller and the minoxidil not just laser it need to be combined.

I read an article linking laser to cancer tumours. Ofcourse, it may be wrong.

Hope you were rightly diagnosed by Doc now ?

How are you now brother ?

@TalentSpotterPk I'm unsure, But what I have right now is certainly SD.

It's right up on my nose, mustaches and scalp.

I've lost half of my chest hairs although scalp hairs are ok in density (around about same) though they too have got thin and less dense

If it's definitely SD than if u followed Heisenberg's protocol precisely u should have been able to get rid of it.

U did not follow the SOP's precisely or otherwise it's not SD.

    Get it sorted soon.

There are new techniques like platelet rich plasma (PRP) where they inject plasma from your own blodd in your scalp. Grows hair naturally and lasts for many years but you will lose the hair again if you have male pattern baldness.

Insha Allah. I wish you the best.

Which oil do you use and how do you use apple cider vinegar?

I use jojoba oil. Sometimes mix it with olive oil.

I used coconut oil mainly. And been mixing it with another blend of oil lately, my hairfall has reduced significantly.

I spray ACV in 1:1 with water after I shampoo using a spray bottle.

My hairloss is due to seborrheic dermatitis.

I was having dandruff for the last few years and on and off I keep applying oil to it. Only recently though am I very regular at it. As soon as I wake up in the morning I apply olive oil or mustard oil. Keep it on for about half an hour and then wash it off with a mix of tea tree oil shampoo and baking soda. Shampoo is extremely diluted. For now my dandruff is completely gone and at least the hairfall is minimal.

Now I only need a way to figure out how to regrow my hair. I think it is based on diet and ur living conditions. Any one have any suggestions on this?

    2 solutions:
    1) If you are rich enough, get a hair transplant.
    2) Go bald, get ripped, always wear sunglasses. You can be bald and fit but not bald and unfit.
