No disgrace from Shanaka tonight, he can emerge from his match with credit.

There's a few in this team that actually have a case for the first team.

Sanjaya apart for a wayward final over today looked decent in this series. Samarawickrama looks raw but has potential and Shanaka could be a useful seam bowling AR.

Amir and Hasan are sure starters. That means Rumman/Shinwari/Fahim/Junaid will be fighting for one spot. WOW that is a good dilemma to have. If we drop Imad and play Fahim in his place then the third seamer's spot could go to one of Rumman/Shinwari/Junaid.

He should play ahead of Imad, who has done nothing with the bat of late and has barely bowled of late in ODI’s

Amir is a big game player, inferior games played against a weak opposition in a dull atmosphere don't excite or motivate him, he always turns up on big occasions, even though today's game was dead rubber and against a mediocre team but the occasion was such that he had to live upto his true potential.

Better sense would suggest so.... but as is the case with our management they happen to rate Imad a great deal.

I remember when I posted the same thought and people thought it was ridiculous to presume.

Sarfraz's real test will begin against NZ, he has a pitch perfect captaincy record but he has yet to face a decent opposition in bilaterals, I remember Misbah had a similar sort of record in the early days of his ODI captaincy, winning 14 out of 15 games but it all started crumbling down when he encountered tough opposition.
