I would not call it great innings by Anwar, he feasted against spin, was completely clueless against pace, played too many dot balls. He is pretty useless cricketer, QG is filled with quite a few of those. He will come back next year as well so is Nawaz and Sarfraz, they all are terrible players, cannot do anything against pace, I am happy that they did not win

Annu played an amazing knock he was very very very un lucky, but Pakistan is lucky that Annu couldnt finish it with glory.
It was totally Mir Hamza's fault.

My MoM is Wahab - his 14/15 quick fire runs were crucial on top his bowling.

-
20th March 2018, 17:38 #909
from QG's perspective... both were idiots... game situation called for 2 runs minimum regardless... even if it looked like going for a six or getting caught, u still run for 2 minimum....
i knew it wasnt a 6 shot... and assumed they got runout trying for a 3rd.... almost had my popcorn ready...
but nope

I hate PZ. TTFs like Kamran, Hafeez, Saad, and especially Wahab, who is fast becoming very annoying.
Hope Karachi smash them to bits.

Sarfraz need to keep his cool he is the captain of Pakistan team he needs to show better patience and Professionalism especially when he was swearing to Anwar ali, which infact he cost the match to QG with his pathetic shot selection.

Actually feeling bad for Quetta. Despite one friend's 0(1), the power of friendship nearly worked magic in the end.

Anyway, great to see a PSL game played in front of a packed Lahore ground. Must have had a few terror doom mongers crying with anguish at the successful completion of the game.

Unemployment is hardly a problem for Sir Viv, lets be fair...
He could walk into most setups in the world due to his reputation. And any channel in the world will want to have him as their expect
Btw he has done the exact same role for Melbourne is Big Bash. And I also remember seeing him in IPL with Tendulkar wearing the team apparel. Not entirely sure what his role was (coach or mentor). But point is this isnt the first time he's doing this and getting gigs of various sorts is no problem for him. So certainly not a 'dream' scenario. Very common
