Have you considered the possibility of Olivier bowling well?

And the end he's bowling from has extra bounce, there isn't that much bounce from the other end.

    Regardless, some poor dismissals.

To be fair to Olivier, he has bowled well. Got the ball to rear up from a length and is bowling at 144kph+. Our batsmen have always been clueless against genuine pace so its no surprise that the team is 88-6. Hafeez's decision to retire before the series is a masterstroke. Extends his LOI career by 2 years.

Whoever said 'Sarfaraz doesn't have to bat well to stay in the team coz he's a WK', should be given a Pakpassion-Oscar-award. 😀

    That's just how they bat...

I reckon by the end of today's play. Pakistan will be left of just two bowlers Shaheen and Yasir with Hasan and Amir getting injured. xD

The crouch is Pakistan's national batting stance. Partly due to growing up on slow, low pitches and due to shoddy grassroots coaching.

    Regardless, some poor dismissals.

Why do these type of players always end up bowling well against Pakistan then ?

You think if he was bowling to players like Buttler ,Bairstow,Stokes ,and Root he would have the same success?

Bilal7 seems like PCB's spokeperson. Even if Pak lose to Zim 3-0 he will be hailing our rockstars.

Wrong decision to bat first. When decisions are ruled by fear rather than strategy, this follows.

Pakistan was afraid of chasing in the 4th innings rather than playing to their strength - their bowlers.

88/6 is terrible indictment of their defensive mindset.

I think it makes no difference if he retires from Tests in this game or after 3. Pakistan would be better suited playing with a new captain in the last two. Someone who may be up for it knowing he has nothing to lose

A 30-40 here from him with the bat would be more than enough, that would be 30-40x what the Kaptaan also did.

    Babar playing nice here.
