Why donít Pakistani cricketers ever take legal action against PCB incompetence?

Iíll give the example of Haris Sohail who wasted a good two years of his earning due to PCB incompetence. Furthermore, going through a wrong surgery, being messed around a bit more by the PCB doctors. Until, finally taking matters into his own hands.

Perhaps if he had gone to see Dr Zafar Iqbal at the start, he would have recovered and regained fitness within 6 months of his injury. So thatís an additional 18 months, the PCB wasted of his career.

In addition, their are multiple other cases like Junaid Khan and Rumman Raees being messed around by the PCB doctors. So my question is, why donít these players take legal action against the PCBís incompetence. They could sue them for millions, it is a big deal wasting someoneís career and having them undergo wrong operations.

Also, it could finally highlight the 8ncompetence and unsuitability of people in the pcb enjoying free passes and getting paid a large pay check for no output. This is also the way to see change.

I'm not sure but I think it wouldn't go down with the public as they aren't as understanding and empathetic as some people, fans may see it as the player turning his back on the country?

Also, if a player does this then there goes their chance to play in the PSL, their only decent way of making money when not in the team.

This is all one-sided perspective of these players or their handlers, it’s not necessarily the only truth

There is a reason why Pakistani players if they have the means prefer being treated by foreign doctors

Because they would effectively end their international careers. The PCB would be under no obligation to select them again and they'd lose potentially years of future earnings trying to claim 2 years of lost income

    Fear.

Fear of never being picked again.
    Fear of being blacklisted.
Fear of never being allowed on a cricket field again.

Well may be sometimes the players themselves are responsible for the position they are in. Delicate is the second name for Haris sohail.
