AS Champ bat thoughts
Hi all.
After some thoughts on the look of this bat. Bought it direct from AS Sports in Pakistan. Supposed to be their top of the line grade 1 bat. Cost $130USD including postage to Australia, took less than a week to arrive. Bats were on half price at the time.
Asked for a 2'8 got a 2'10. Asked for photos of exact bat. Bat I received is completely different than the photos he sent me.
I'm asking what is this dark grain in the photo. Bat pings nicely, haven't knocked it in yet though. Huge edges, no concaving. Has a high middle so pick up is lighter than my DC1080 which is 2'10 but has a low middle. For $130 I'm happy, but I'm not happy to receive a different looking bat as the original photo I was sent was nice clean straight narrow grains.
