lol, from reading some of the posts on this thread, to defend Lillee 'Oh the wickets were roads back then' however if it is comparing how batsmen of today wouldve done in Lillee's era you can damn well bet the replies wouldve been along these lines: 'uncovered, fast and bouncy wickets, no way the modern day bats would survive' lol. Also A BIG LOL @ Babar Azam comparison to facing Steyn, Babar faced a Steyn that is rubbish when compared to the Pre Injury Steyn, Pre injury Steyn wouldve made Babar look like professor Hafeez....

Read Imran - Lillee’s home wickets were mostly roads, except Perth which was a flier.
Wickets have been covered since the 1960s.
I believe that a champion in one era would be a champion in any era. Kohli verses Lillee would be quite a sight, considering Lillee’s fine record against Viv Richards.

Comparing eras is an absolutely futile exercise. But the problem is, many old posters like to bring down today's batsmen by pointing to earlier batsmen playing on generally bowler friendly pitches. But when comparing bowlers, they ditch their own logic. Either don't compare or be consistent in comparing. @Robert.

Lillee decided to tour India a lot - pity it's with the MRF Pace Academy and not as a player.
Steyn is king. Along with McGrath, the best pacer in history.
