Masterstroke by Kohli and Co to being back Jadeja, given only 26 runs and a wicket in 9 overs, what more do you want. And he can hold the bat AS well.

It's a big game. You need to make sure to get a par score. Par is about 250 it appears

Whole batting line up outside Kane don't know how to hold a bat...

8 overs of Bumrah and Spinners remaining, if Nz can score 6-7 runs in those overs and target the remaining 8 overs for 10 rpo than they can get 250+ which can be par on this surface.

    so what do peepers think...

    a) NZ batting has been bog average/pathetic/not pro active enough/not good enough
    b) india is bowling well/hand grenades/restrictive/read the pitch well and bowling into the pitch
    c) VK's field placing and overall captaincy is excellent...i mean he rarely has fielders out of place....
    d) The pitch is mamba
    e) conditions...
    f) all of the abov
    e)none of the above
    g) anything you'd like to add...

Dhoni is such a cricket brain. No wonder he dropped Taylor.

Taylor is so out of form he should go back in the crease and smash the wickets with his legs.

What the hell is Taylor doing? Does he think he can recover against Bumrah later?

I'm going to sleep, we've lost.

They haven't even given a good account of themselves today.

India should cruise the 190-200 runs we make.

Their openers let the team down so badly. It had a cascading effect.

As a batsman if you get into the mindset of protecting your wicket you will lose your natural game. That is what happening to Taylor. Bit of luck he will be away. He is a quality batsman.

NZ batting has been pathetic throughout the tournament, dont remember them putting or chasing anything substantial. Nothing to take away from Indian bowling but NZ has struggled against almost every attack in this WC.

Very slow batting from nz despite wickets in hand any thing under 250 will be a cake walk for Indian batting
