May need another delay.
Final is the first match at neutral venue. As such Hawks and Assassins dont know how will pitch behave. After ODI Final, t20 Finalists will get some idea about pitch behaviour. If ODI Finalists are to post line ups without prior knowledge of BatWorld Arena, so should t20 Finalists.

I suggest t20 Finalists also post their line ups before ODI Final, somewhere around 18th July.

Range is from 0.8 to 1.2. This stadium everything is set to 1.1 , this does not include deterioration.
