PPCL (Season 1) | Awards Ceremony

At the end of the Season 1 of PPCL we liked to give away some awards to players who dominated the teams with their superb performance on their given day. During the season we have seen interesting and nailbiting games throughout the season. We also have 3 winners of 3 different formats and we also name the Team XIs for all 3 formats.

The winner of each award will be given a title category name under their username. The user title name will remain there for the whole next season.

The categories are as follows:

First Class Player of the Season - @Hadi Rizvi

The left handed batsman, he's the mainstay of his team scored 1,054 runs in 20 innings in FC matches, averaging 52.7, strike rate at 80.89 with four hundreds and four fifties.

He played some crucial innings to provide his team a chance to almost won the FC Championship.

This man leads his team to glory, a real game changer for his team scored 601 runs in 12 innings in One Day matches, averaging 54.64, strike rate at 123.41 with seven fifties.

The right handed batsman played match winning innings in the Semi Final and the Final to help his team to win the One Day Competition.

Doubt any inactive player will get an award. I mean why would you put a tag under the username of a player who hasn’t posted in PPCL?

That was my first reservation.

Not offending them because there are bound to be reasons for inactivity of players but inactivity is equally good reason to not put tags under their names.

The Right Arm Fast bowler played a vital role helping his team to win some crucial matches but couldn't help his team to qualify for the Semi Finals.
