He’s taken the criticism positively which is great to see. Many previous players would have responded negatively and questioned “where is the fat”?

I don’t think Sarfaraz is good enough to make a comeback in the longer formats, but still good to see him working hard. To be honest it seems like he’ll be taking the wicket keeper spot in the 2021 T20 world cup, since they aren’t trying to investigate anyone other than him, Rizwan, and Rohail.

By the world cup, if Rizwan continues batting slowly and people like Zeeshan Ashraf and Azam Khan don’t get a look in, it’s very possible Sarfaraz makes the team, over Rohail for seniority and over Rizwan for Rizwan’s failure to accelerate.

Yeah... I don’t see him making a full comeback. He is a short term solution for the wicket-keeper spot. However we are talking about Pakistani cricket and as you have said there is chance of Sarfraz playing the WT20.

That being said really hope Azam Khan has a great PSL so that he gets fast-tracked for the national team. The guy is a monster and hits some big sixes!
