Captains will always be active regardless of their daily life commitments and at any time there are 6-8 captains available.
Problem is with lack of contribution from team members. For PSL we are talking about 60+ members and will need 40 of them to contribute for having a blockbuster PSL. Otherwise it decreases the brand value of PPCL.
A PPCL on the lines of India-Pakistan Bilaterals (T20, ODIs, Tests) can attract 15-20 members and it is more likely to be a blockbuster as compared to PSL.

I am fine to captain as long as things are kept simple. We don’t have all those penalties point stuff... cause don’t have time to think about all that
