I would love to see some sort of general rule being implemented where if something like if minimum 200 overs are lost due to rain, both teams forfeit an innings.

With bat until tea approach, the best you can get is a draw. Pakistan cannot bowl BD out twice in 4 sessions.

Yes batting conditions are tough but what are we achieving with this defensive approach eating up overs? I would take 270 all out with hit it out approach. Let BD bat, make a game of it. If Babar wants to achieve big things, he needs to think big.
