Depends if its being broadcast by ICC/partners - if not then nothing much other channels can do

Afghanistan always get too worked up when they play us. Put too much pressure on themselves.

We are the better team in every department
The pressure is all on us because we are expected to win. They should just relax and play their game. It will give them a better chance of beating us, not making silly mistakes

Actually they play their best cricket when they face Pakistan. That is THE match for them.

Every game against them seems to have followed the same pattern:

Pakistan dominates most of the game
Afghanistan have a remarkable fight back
    Afghanistan capitulate at the end.

If they relaxed a little and weren't so gung ho, they might compete with us more consistently over the game.

Pakistan vs Afghanistan is a new rivalry in cricket and it has a lot to do with the intensity that both sides bring when they play each other. It can become a financial cash cow for both boards if they can make it into a globally marketable brand. It has potential.

Pakistan U19 (Playing XI): Muhammad Shehzad, Haseebullah Khan(w), Abdul Faseeh, Irfan Khan, Qasim Akram(c), Maaz Sadaqat, Abbas Ali, Ahmed Khan, Zeeshan Zameer, Mehran Mumtaz, Awais Ali

Afghanistan U19 (Playing XI): Mohammad Ishaq(w), Bilal Sayedi, Allah Noor, Suliman Safi(c), Ijaz Ahmad Ahmadzai, Khaiber Wali, Nangyalai Khan, Izharulhaq Naveed, Noor Ahmad, Bilal Sami, Naveed Zadran

Qasim Akram: We'll have a bat first. This pitch is very dry and looks good for batting. We played really good cricket against Zimbabwe and had a great win. Same team.

One thing you have to admire about Afg cricket is that they bring a kind of aggressive mentality that we usually associate with some of the great teams of the past. Good to see it in an emerging cricketing nation.

4th over into his spell and the so called u19 comes around the wicket to a right hander even though the ball is swinging.

No one is asking for them at least you want to see some potential. This guy has none awful technique poor against pace. Very limited shot range. Will be shocked if he ever plays for Pakistan. If he’s good at the main job then he shouldn’t be opening. When clearly the other batsmens are far better then him.

Faseeh is playing a test match innings here. Good potential for the longer format, doesn't seem like he's cut out for LOI though

If he is not good, why play no. 10 batsman in opening. His batting position between 9-11 nothing above than that.

Exactly his batting is just awful. Not sure why people get upset when you state what you see.

Shehzad's definitely got potential. Got power in his shots and can break his wrists to pick singles. Nice positive front foot technique

Shahzad batting well but Faseeh should also start contributing from the other end now. Don't want all the pressure to be on Shahzad.

Shahzad seems a slight weakness against spin.
