How easy or difficult is Pakistan's road to the final of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2022?
Easy route?

We have got that monkey off our back in terms of India so the result of that game is no longer a forgone conclusion.
Actually I think this whole group is quite open. West Indies can spring a surprise - sometimes they just turn up. South Africa look to have some exciting players coming through. India are always a strong side. Pakistan too a strong side in T20s especially.
People above insinuating this will be an easy group etc. That is simply not the case. It is actually a very open group. I suspect a couple of teams will lose twice and net run rate will decide the 2nd team that goes through.

It’s as difficult as the last group
Lose two and your out. India and South Africa can both beat Pakistan. Bangladesh can surprise you too

Not worried about BD and Pak should be able to beat SA as well.
I'd be more worried about WI this time around because the pitches will suit their batsmen a lot and that is when they become deadly dangerous when their batsmen come into play.
Ind is 50/50 now.

Pakistan should beat Bangladesh, Sri Lanka/West Indies, and the associate.
Only tough games for them are India and South Africa.
I think Pakistan should make it to semi-final.

India are always a tough opposition. But we have matchwinners as well!
Things are finally starting to click for SA. They might surprise us all.
Vs BD, too early to say.
IMO too early to say. But I have no doubt it in my mind, Pak currently have the most balanced T20I side in the world!

Pakistan and South Africa will scrap through this group with 8 points each.
Pak might lose a game against West indies but will not impact our progress.
I again see Pak v Aus semi final battle 2
And this time Pakistan will beat them as toss is of no value in Australia cuz of no dew.

It wont be a walk in the park but in all honesty ( Not having Australia, England and New Zealand) is a huge plus for Pakistan, In Aussie Conditions all three teams can be dangerous. Afghanistan maybe wont be that strong in Australian Conditions, but they can be a tough team for Pakistan as we saw in the Past.
India and South Africa will be Pakistan Hardest Match, but im sure they will win 1 of those matches, ideally if they can win both that is perfect.
Bangladesh and even the other teams that qualify can still be tricky but I would back Pakistan to win those matches.
I do think like always Team selections, and team combonation for the correct opponent will be important in these conditions.
For some reason I feel maybe Pak will have a slow start, but will make the right changes, and will squeeze their way into the semis, and peak at the right time. Its hard to say if they will win the whole thing, but I think Semi Finals should be possible if they select the right team for Australian Conditions.
Wreck it Rauf.

Both India and SA in Aussie Conditions will be tough. I worry about are batting putting up decent totals in those conditions.

Pakistan should make semis but Pakistan have to play really well to go beyond from there .
The key is not to look into other teams but to try and get a better-balanced XI into the field.
You need to have at least a couple of seam bowling all-rounders in the squad.

There is no easy way to the final for any team let alone Pak. Eng in my opinion will again be favorites. Pak must beat Ind to maximize their chances.

Easier of 2 groups. Rather be in this group than one with aus eng nz in aus condition. I feel south Africa may pose big challenge, their batting seems to be really coming together now.

Would love for Pakistan to beat Australia in a knockout game. Feels like unfinished business from UAE. Of course India game will be another sweet win as Pakistan won't be going in with the pressure of previous world cups.
After the Pakistan loss Indian team looks like a different team, pretty much losing everything.
