Very disappointed result by the Pakistani team. They had four foreign based players in their team.

Following is the official SAFF Championship site.

Zesh Rehman is unfortunately out of competition due to food poisoning and skin infection. Coach went in with a very weak squad and he has issues with styles of play. He plays 1 striker who is the shortest player in the etam and then plays long ball. There is no ball play. He dropped Amjad Iqbal from conference and included a college player from US. who deosnt even play for that college anymore. He should lose vs India and finally get sacked...we would have gone a lot far this year but Akhtar let us down..why all Akhtars do that..same as Shoaib..this site know more abt him..

will post the live stream link later..ESPN Star will also be covering it..

Against Bhutan? Bhutan the 2nd worst team in the world ranking? That makes BD what? They don't stand a chance against Sri Lanka or Afganistan if they play like this. By the way, Afgan drew with SL 2-2.

2nd SAFF Cup match vs. India live from FootbalPakistan.com

    Half Time Resume:

2 bad defence mistakes made the Indians leading this match at the half time 2-0. The first goal in the 25th Minute by N.P. Pradeep was a nice shot from 30 meters while Pakistan GK Bilal was standing outside of his box and it went straight into the goal.

In the 45th Minute Steven Dias used a sleepy Pakistani Defence to make it 2-0. After not clearing the easy ball India scored.

2-1 to India was the final score.. consolation goal by Tranmere's Adnan Ahmed. Pakistan had more shots on target but not many go in..few clear chances but failed to execute. very poor game again but India wasnt anything speciall..maldives played way better.

India are clear favs but just watch out from Maldives and Afghanistan.

BD draws with Afganistan 2-2. Afgan led the first half 2-0. Should have won. Viewers say a penulty wasn't given at the end. So a must win against SL if they want to qualify. Else tourney is over for them.
