It depends when you say fit, do you mean who is the strongest and most built. You have wrestlers who are massive and well built but not all of them are fit. There’s a difference between the two.

Pakistan actually has a sect of fit cricketers for once.

    Malik
    Shadab
    FZ

They are all almost injury-prone and mobile in the field, especially Shadab, who is one of the best fielders at point in the world at the moment.

From Pakistan,Hasan ali looks very fit as he has been putting a lot of work in the gym. His biceps in particular have grown dramatically in last few months and are visibly bigger. However cricketing fitness is different. I think all of Pakistan youngsters are quite fit these days.

Fakhar Zamaan is probably the fittest given his stamina, strength and endurance but that comes down to his discipline which he acquired during his days in navy.

In the world, Kohli is one of the fittest guy around. Once i read that kohli has not eaten rice in last 5-6 years. Goes to show his level of dedication if its true. Stokes is extremely fit as well. I guess its between stokes and virat when it comes to fitness among top players. By top players i mean those who are regulars in their teams otherwise somebody like a chris jordan or an Andre Russell are extremely fit as well.

Kohli is the Cristiano Ronaldo of cricket and one of the reasons for that is because of their supreme standards of fitness second to none in their respective sports.

I believe the fitness for batters and bowlers is different.
    Kohli is the fittest batter.

Anderson is the fittest bowler, 140 Tests, 194 Odi's and still going strong. He even plays county cricket as well.

Look at the conditions where Anderson plays and compare that to Kohli. Kohli also plays in all the formats.

I never compared the two, I said the parameters for required fitness for bowlers and batters should be different
A fast bowler bowls around 40 overs in a test, for every delivery, he has to run in. I think a fast bowler runs more than a batter does per average in a Test. I am just a bit more sympathetic towards pacers regardless of the conditions they play in
