More 'Selection' woes: What to have for breakfast?
Actually after gaining about 1 stone/8 Kg in the Jeet lo Dil series 2 years ago, I am going easy on the junk food/pizzas/last nights roti etc and just having sensible food like cereal/bread/juice to get me through the night/day.

Fresh fruit's the answer, mate.
Keep a few slices of fresh watermelon in the fridge, or chew on something like sugarcane. Enough carbs there to keep you running, and shouldn't have an adverse effect on the waistline. |
