EPL - who will finish 3rd and 4th?

Now that title is settled, the battle for the Champions league spots is really heating up. Who do you think will make it?

Arsenal - 61 points

Tottenham - 59 points

Chelsea - 57 points

Newcastle - 59 points

Arsenal have a game in hand on the others.

I think Arsenal will claim 3rd spot and I don't know why but I feel Newcastle will take 4th!

I think Arsenal pretty much have 3rd spot sorted

So really it is between 3 teams (Chelsea Spurs and Us) for the 4th spot

A look at the fixtures and I reckon Spurs have the easier fixtures so I predict they will get 4th spot, I reckon we have a good chance of finishing 5th ahead of Chelsea

Spurs have been having a bit of a wobble of late so it would be amazing if we pipped them to 4th spot, I think I would spend the entire summer laughing my head off

Regardless of what happens I will be delighted with how the season has gone

Chelsea will get it. NUFC in great form but how long can it last? Chelsea have the mental fortitude. Spurs will collapse as always.

you mean mental fortitude. ;)

Spurs have as much chance of collapsing as an under-achieving Chelsea.. no real difference.

3rd Arsenal are just about a certainty. Really impressed with their second half of the season.

As for 4th, I think Chelsea may sneak in.

What?

You are effectively 11 points behind City, with only 18 points to play for how will you overcome that?

That is true but I have a slight feeling that we may catch up mate, bearing in mind last season I thought we could be number 1 and catch up to United. Sigh...
But I hope to see Newcastle in Europe, I hate to see Tottenham or Chelsea... You might be the underdogs who knows?

We have a slight chance BUT a chance nonetheless

This weekend is key, if Everton lose then we pretty much a guaranteed a Europa League spot and that will mean we will have no pressure on us whilst Chelsea/Spurs will be worried. We then play Stoke (home) and Wigan (away), we need 6 points from those if we are to finish 4th

I still think Spurs will take 4th spot as they have the easier fixtures

Maybe it's for the best, I mean first experience the Europa then UCL mate.

Lol at 'now that the title is settled' - I regret that now!

Race for 3rd and 4th is still to be decided. As things stand:

Arsenal - 66 points - Norwich at home and West Brom away

Tottenham - 65 points - Villa away and Fulham at home

Newcastle - 65 points - Man City at home and Everton away

Chelsea - 61 points

We can rule Chelsea out but between the other three any one of them could find themselves finish 5th. I'm going to stick with what I said a month ago, Newcastle and Arsenal for me.

Arsenal have the easiest run in and I expect them to finish 3rd.

Newcastle have the hardest run in but I think if they can get a result against City then the momentum they will gain would allow them to get a result away at Goodison. It's going to be tough though but who would bet against it with the reason they are having

Have a feeling Spurs will draw at Villa this weekend.

Villa are terrible so I think Spurs will thrash them and Fulham are poor away from home

I hope I am wrong BUT I stick with what I said last month, it will be Arsenal 3rd and Spurs 4th

Can't see Spurs dropping points at Villa or against Fulham.
3rd Place is nearly ours.
