Congratulations to Pak A on winning the EurAsia Cup '06

It's all finished bar the shouting. All but thumped India in the Final - the final rites being administered, as the last nails being hammered in.

Well done!! You've done us proud.

What a stunning catch to send back Sharma!! It was quite like Afridi's take in Lords' when he caught Trescothick whilst running into Malik, but was even better this time. The catcher took a one-handed catch running backwards and falling over with the other fielder colliding from the back! Scintillating effort.

That was Taufeeq Umar.

Should be a message to those who say he cannot catch.

Nope, it was Taufeeq. Hes taken the best slip catches Ive seen by a Pakistani fielder - watch the SA series - its hard to believe it was a Pakistani fielder

Congrats Pakistan! This team showed more energy than their seniors. Arafat looks like a good long term prospect in one-dayers.

But Venu and Sodhi also have to be equally blamed for playing for personal gains rather than for the team.

I agree. Quite a shameful demonstration of selfish play by them. The required run-rate was climbing and still they were content with 5 an over, just to beef up their own scores. Took their team down with them. One of them was far more to blame though - the one who was inconsolable after he got out.

Congratulations to Pakistan A! Just shows the strength in depth we have in our squad at the moment. Things are definitely looking good for Pakistan cricket.

Another classic example of India choking when it matters. Almost as reliable as Sachin in a world cup final aren't they?

Well done Pakistan A, they showed their true colours in beating a lifeless Indian team who always trumpted the slogan 'We always beat Pakistan in WC's' but they forget that Pakistan has always beaten India when it actually meant something !!....Well done Pakistan for beating India aka the choking Brigade

Asalaam alikum Wr Wb Brothers;

Congratulations to our" Pakistan A Team " for a professional allround performance in all aspects, thus winning the EurAsia cup '06 and congrats for beating arch rivals india in the grand final.

While indian teams no matter how talented they are be it senior and junior teams continue their golden traditon of choking in the grand finals of mega tornaments, on the other hand pakistan teams continue thumping india and winning when it matters most.

I am and we all are thoroughly proud of our great and enviable record of beating indian teams in the finals of mega tornaments and INSHALLAH will continue the misery on the indians incessantly. It shows pakistanis have big match temperament and stronger will to succeed.

To all our indian friends, come out and congratualate " Pakistan A Team " and acknowledge that we own india in finals !

Wah Wah Wah Wah kya shair hai maza agaya, i hope our indian friends like it as much as we do. Monsee please keep the shairi coming we are loving it. No doubt atleast india came second, that's a achievement and they should be given credit for that. So we should all praise india for coming second whilst pakistan triumphed to be number one.
