It's irrelevant, if it had no gone for a 6 then the future chain of events would have been different, you can blame that particular moment for the match.
IMO Afridi hitting a skier of the first ball was the final nail !

I think that drop is very very crucial in my book. Batting failure, bowling failure can occur. But fielding failure should never occur in big matches. Because no one is there to stop you from catching. Rohit added few more as well after that. So instead of 148 or say it became 157. If it was 148 whole approach would have been slightly different.
