The revival of the ''comeback spirit''

Throughout the history of Pakistan cricket,we have been known to have that comeback spirit, out of nowhere the players are 'in the zone'.Razzaq was in the zone.Akhtar was in the zone when he was at his prime, those awe-inspiring spells when all seemed lost.We would never give up without a fight.

Then,in a matter of minutes, before blinking, you see the turnaround. Its hard to put into context, hard to put into words because you have to watch it live to fully take in the adrenaline and emotion.

That feeling, that fightback, that 'cornered tigers spirit' has been missing for such a long time.I dont how the rot started but we've missed that metality. It may a cliche but it is genuinely,never-say-die.But that spark has been missing for a while now.The collapses, the surrenders all too tame and predictable.

Today and the previous ODI,we saw two amazing comebacks when all yet again seem lost.Backs to the wall, yet somehow we find a way.Whether its Wahab Riaz giving us hope or a blitz from Razzaq. That feeling is back. The spark is back.

Just hope that the spark will stay with us,we need to stay strong and motivated because the last 2 matches and the coming months are going to be tough.

But have we just revived ourselves as a cricketing force ?

Have we brought back our famous cornered tigers mentality back ?

Or is it a false dawn ? What do you think ?
