Who is Dr. Meesak Rizvi?

apparently he is involved in sports medicine?

he is saying that use of cannabis is common in cricket and that there is a great deal of use of "nashaa" and medicines by pakistani cricketers

amongst other things dr. rizvi goes on to say that any claims shoaib and asif make about taking anabolic steroids unknowingly through given medication are unbelivable
