etoo for henry?

i'm sick and tired of etoo mouthing off the pitch. He got a new contract paying him serious cash after one season and yet he still says he is underappreciated - would make sense to get henry in to put some pressure on etoo

Samuel Eto'o has slammed the French and Spanish media for suggesting that he is envious of Ronaldinho, and believes that his performances at Barcelona are not appreciated.

The Cameroon striker was not among the top three in the final poll for the Ballon d'Or and is frustrated that his exceptional form last season and at the beginning of this campaign have gone unnoticed.

"Since I have been at Barca, tell me who has done more than Eto'o?" he asked.

"I'm not saying that I am the best, but I have scored more goals than anyone else.

"I have not been one of the top three in the Ballon d'Or, but I have been equal to, if not better than some players.

"I am not saying that I am the best, but I am no worse than anyone else either."

French sports daily L'Equipe accused Eto'o of being envious of the attention and awards being lavished on his team-mate Ronaldinho, but the Fifa World Player and African Player of the Year nominee says that nothing could be further from the truth.

"Envious of what?" he blasted. "I play for the best team in the world, score more goals than anyone and they pay me a lot of money to do what I love.

"I am appreciated by those people that matter.

"I am happy for Ronnie, I love him as if he were my brother.

"I will be as happy if Ronaldinho wins it as much as I will be if I do."

Eto'o then hit out at the organisers of the European Player of the Year, claiming he would be more likely to win it if he played in France.

"The French press do not accept somebody unless they have played in France at some point."

Don't bring Henry into this for some reason you love mentioning his name. If Eto ain't happy with your beloved Barcelona it aint got nothing to do with Henry. I know you want Henry badly but untill he is in a Barcelona shirt don't mention his name. Eto's your problem not arsenals.

Is Etoo the guy that bottled the last minute penalty, and made someonelse take it....and then he missed, so Cameroon failed to get to the World Cup?

If so, the guy is big-time wimp!

There are very few African players who I respect. Etoo comes from the 'el Hadj Diof' school of attidue IMO...incidently, Hadj Diof got done for drink driving on the weekend.
