http://content-usa.cricinfo.com/pak...ayer/43700.html

He was the leading wicket taker in the 2000 U19 World cup(took 15 wickets from 5 matches at 7.60). So I did a little research and found according to his stats he is not all that bad of a bowler. 296 first class wickets at the age of 24 is impressive in 73 matches.

73 matches is a long time to be giving that consisent of a performance, so I just wonder has anyone heard of him? How come he has never even come close or be considered for selection?

At under 19 level he was outstanding and he was seen as a possible future international selection. Problem was thou after performing so well at under 19 level he lost his way domestically for 2/3 seasons and never recovered from that to gain selection for "A" team etc...

Forget him!

Najaf and Sami Ullah have far more potential.
