Request: English Translation to "Kuch Is Tarah" by Atif Aslam

Hi guys. It should be quite obvious my Urdu is very poor. I was wondering if anyone could do me the favour of translating the following Atif Aslam song called Kuch Is Tarah. Here's how it goes:

Kuch is tarah .. teri palkain...meri palkoon sey mila dey
ansoo terey sarey...meri palkoon pe saja dey

tu har ghari...har waqt..merey sath raha hai
haan yeh jisam kabhi dooor...kabhi pass raha hai
joh bhi gham hain yeh terey .. unhain tu mera pata dai.........

Basically, he is saying that somehow I wish can take away all your tears and make it easier for you (Palkain = Eye Lashes; Ansoo = Tears)

Even though you have been away from me all this while...it is like you have always been closer to me than anything; I hope all I can take away all your worries (Ghari = Every second; Jisam = Physical being; Gham = Worries; Pata = Address)

Please don't follow the song. The way he is suggesting to take away the tears, can get your eyes sickness.

the real song is too long as it has to take in the real feelings attached so only one line here

Thanks a lot! Really appreciated. I know it takes away the poeticness of the language... that's one of the problems I face when I hear Urdu - I don't feel the words as much as a native urdu speaker would. That's why listening to songs helps a bit!

It's my favourite Atif song of the moment although it cant touch tere bin and aadat!

Brilliant song, my current favourite. Composed by new upcoming Bolly music director, Mithoon (pronounced with 'n' silent?) who also composed "Tere Bin". I like how Atif has sung it differently. As far as the album goes, the title song is ok, 3 old songs from his debut album are there and there are lots of decent remixes.

Mithoon has also composed the music for a new bolly flick called "Anwar", do checkout "Maula Mere" and "Javed-a-Zindagi".

Brilliant song. This is the best song in his album
