Should Hafeaz n kami open for pakistan or bat in middle order. What do u guys think.

Funny that just a weeks ago both were played as "permanent" openers but i think this is the right move to have them bat in the middle order.

Both lack the technique to open the innings and are capable of big hitting so I would definately keep them in middle order.

hafeez

mahmood

gul
danish

then when afridi comes back he can replace haezz or nazir and when razzaq comes back he can replace mahmood

Inzamam said in his post match interview that we will keep on playing attacking cricket against South Africa as well and i think he surely meant that we will play in same batting order again so let's hope that we continue playing our seniors at the top.

the problem is, in Pakistan, nobody has the right technique to open the batting. its a shame really. we may well have been the best team in the world with solid openers in both forms of the game.

true no one is expecting us to field outstanding openers - its just solid, ordinary ones -

heck even ones who will hang around 20 overs to dent the new ball
