on from my thread about the new age of the warrior nad how i think the pakistan needs a strong new self believing in your face attitude, i think it would be cool if it encompassed their styling.

off pitch, ive written in the past i have no problems with what theyve worn in the past, i feel proud that they feel proud to wear shalwar kameezes, or whatever.

but i was reading about lasith malinga being left out of yesterdays match, and i have to admit to also being impressed at his barbaric quasi-junglee self imaging.

for an explosive bowler whos an obviously in the world leading camp, i think it behoves him to add to his daunting talent with a daunting styled image, and i would bet it helps him feel invincible.

given the personalities in the pakistani squad, and the nature of the culture, one of relatively diminutive, acqiescent, obedience, it might be difficult to conjure up something fearsome. but if you had a free hand to be the team sylist, what would you do...?

somehow i get the feeling a traditional pakhtoon look won't fly haha
but I'd definitely give Shoaib Akhtar a nice bushy thakur's moustache with some sweet curls to boot. Let the intimidation begin then!
