Do you sleep walk or sleep talk?

Do any of you do these?
There are many instances where I have sleep talked.
Mum says that I shout out "MUM! MUM! MUM! MUM!"
And I don't even remember it happening.
And there was this other time where I fell asleep on the couch and at one stage I sat up. I can't really remember what I was told but I think when they spoke to me I just moaned.

I certainly dont, but my brother does. Some pretty amusing incidents at times, certainly considering we share a room when Im back in Bahrain

I grind my teeth i only find that out when the entire barrage of cousins are over and we have to share rooms, some times it gets so loud that they are unable to sleep and have to wake me up.

i never talk while i am sleeping

but i snored very loudly

I used to sleep eat and fix my bed, soem times watch tv as well. Now days just sleep talk.

I once heard that someone once jumped in the pool while they were asleep! I have also heard people eating and cleaning up the house. LOL!

I used to walk in my sleep when I was a kid many mons ago, all normal now!

i sleep talk and walk lol. once i was swearing at my brothers while my dad was watching me lol. i thgt i was gona get beatings but surprisingly he smiled

I read somewhere that a man killed his son or wife while he was sleep walking. He apparantly got out of bed and pushed them over the balcony of their home. Cant remember the exact details though.
