Etoo with the ultimate dishonour

Barcelona striker Samuel Eto'o hasn't ruled out a return to Real Madrid after a sensational interview with Radio Marca yesterday.
The Cameroon ace rapped that no-one controls him and said: "If I want to leave Barca and I want to stay in Spain, you think that I cannot do so?

"But in Spain I only can go to a couple of teams, among them is Madrid?

"And so, why can't I leave to go to one of these teams?"

Later in the day, Eto'o moved to clarify his comments, which also included "if one day I am a problem for Barcelona, I will leave. I do not want to be a problem for the coach nor for the president."

-------

With that, he is as good as gone, fans will get after him now!!

He has a very short memory.

Has he forgot the way Real treated him there in his first spell? He shipped out on loan and not given a chance and now he would consider going back there.

If he had kept his mouth shut and departed at the end of the season to England or Spain he would have been held in high regard by the fans for the performances he has given for club in the last couple of years.

But to come out in the media and admit you would consider playing for bitterest rivals and when his team is involved in a very close race for the title with that team indicates the man has a lack respect for the club and its fans.

I've said it before - I'll say it again...

Footballers are the thickest species on this earth.

The sooner he moves onto AC Milan the better, much rather keep ronnyd.

Need to bring in luis enrique and pep guardiola on the coaching staff to control the players

I think he has been misquoted by the media. They obviously want him gone, so they turn the fans against Eto'o. I have a hard time believing these outbursts. People know Eto'o is an outspoken character, so are able to accept any news of him having a stupid rant etc.

On that Liverpool team...wow. That is a great team, if it goes through. I dont think it will though...G&H wont give them that much money, and Rafa has already spent on a couple of players, I dont think he will overload the squad.

one thing is for sure benitez will be signing a few big players. whether they are the ones you wished for, we will soon find out.

personally i think alves will be too pricey, tevez is unlikely and etoo is a strong possibility. as for the left wing, i think simao might be more likely

I really hope we can find someone decent to replace him with - Deco was on the top of my get rid of list, and if only Eto'o wasnt so bloody good.
