'Improvement Tournament' teams selected
Hey guys, these are the teams for the 'Improvement Tournament' running during the off season. As the (unimaginative) title suggests, this is a tournament for the players who didnt quite seem to click during the season; and as a result have been left with an ordinary average (be it bowler, batsman or all-rounder).
3 teams have been made up, consisting from players from all the teams who have taken part in the season. I've tried to make the 3 teams as fair as possible (but if you have any problems, just post them here and i'll see if i can sort it out). But of course having said that, its not about the result as such...just that you manage to improve your average coming in to the new season. Mohsin can you also update the avgs for each team after the match? Update it only if the players avg would of improved. If it doesnt improve after one match dont update it.
Only update avg for the player is it improves. Remember that!
