^BAHAHAHAHA! Murdoch and Sky. Yeah, they just are scripting all of it. If it is so corrupt, why do you watch it?

Can the mods please change the thread title to include "CHAMPIONS!"

you have no right to talk about robbery. Try 2 red cards and conceieding from an off side position. What about the previous year when Chelsea was destroying United 3-0 and Howard Webb gave United 2 penalties so they can get back in the game? You guys have cheated yourselves to 20 titles never forget that. And from where i come from chickens always come home to roost

But why watch Chelsea when the league is rigged? You know the end result, why waste your time watching your team splash a billion dollars for only a 3rd place finish?

This seems a little contradictory. You say, we cheated to 20 titles (don't worry, I won't forget we won 20!). But then you say the chickens come home to roost. Yet we won 20 titles...so I guess you could say.....the chickens have taken a long vacation?

Re: Manchester United - 2012/2013 Thread

I don't like Man-U (think I have made that pretty clear over the years) and I do think bigger teams (not just Man-U) get favorable decisions BUT soso is coming across as a bit wacky

Cheated their way to 20 league titles? Wow, okay

If the league was/is rigged why was the Drogba offside goal against Man-U allowed to stand?

why was Macheda's goal allowed to stand when it was a clear handball? We dominated that game, so even if you take Drogba's goal out of the equation you will have to take the handball goal out as well. Then 1-0 Chelsea, i think thats fair, no? United did not even look like scoring in that game we bullied them out the park in their own ground no less.

Not to the extent of Mancheater United. For example Arsenal finished their home fixtures last year without getting a single penalty do you see this ever happening to these Evil people?
Chelsea was punished by two controversial penalties last year, when was the last time the opposition team got two penalties at Old Trafford? Especially the main rivals?
This year we got two stupid red cards at home will united ever get that in their ground against their main rivals? On top of that win a game from a clear offside position?
United cant compete with Chelsea and City but people within certain headquaters will make sure they do. Remember these hypocrites mouthing off about Chelsea and City buying titles dont mention that United was the only club capable of doin that in the 90's and early 2000's. Rio is a good example 30 million for a defender. What ticks them off is that they are not the only club who do that no more, in fact they are broke. Look at Kagawa what a joke of a player, they said he was "better" than "anyway" Hazard after they could not afford him. And people talk about "sour grapes" really?

nothing contradictory with anything i said. Power is gradualy changing in the Premier League the league no longer revolves around United and certain people hate that. Once Chelsea have finished their project then it will be them and City only challenging for the Title. United will be the thing of the past, they will be irrelevant and when that happens those controversial penalties or "50-50 decisions" will be on the other foot

5 titles in last 7 years. One lost on goal difference and other by a single point. This is embarrassingly easy for Champions.

"Gradually" seems to be going a bit slow don't you think?

We've got 5 titles in 7 seasons. 6 in 11. 9 in 15.

Might be me, but I don't see a power shift like you are implying. In fact, we walloped the competition and raced away with the trophy this season.

Don't believe me? Have a glance at the table. Not even close.

i'm sure you will be the 1st to admit even if you are a die hard Man Utd supporter that you guys have been awful this season. That 15 point gap does not reflect the entire story. And you have the referees to thank for that. David Gil is joining the FA so i suppose United will be in the title hunt even if they dont have the same class as Chelsea and City.

You are right. United are in a class above. Can't replicate our ethos or history. Who knows, I hear you can probably buy Falcao. Hopefully the two stooge owners will just keep bidding one another up.

^^ yeah i'm sure if you were not broke you would join the fun. I know which owner is a muppet. But then again thats why David Gil left so he can control the referees inside the HQ.
