Reason could be visa issues I guess. Or else, the PCB could call players from Pakistan also.

Well Waqar got his wish then, they both stayed. However I don't know any benefits from it, an arguement can be put forward that new players would take time to adjust to the conditions but the problem is, even after being there for around a month's time, both these players haven't adjusted to it

They got the Moyo and Raza Hasan visa done in no time. The thing is PCB is not setup in a way were selection commitee can send players on its own. THe chairman is the bottleneck and can only do one things ar at a time

The chairman doesn't have a neck

But then again, I'll pick Hameed over Shahzaib...well maybe not. Shahzaib might get away with some of his closed-eyed-slogs......

When farhat did get called back in 2010 (last time before that was in 2006), he performed in the 2 matches he got. So I can understand why he's back in the side if Butt and kamran are gone. He's the only open left with some decent scores in his latest matches in ODIs.

Still rather razzaq and hasan open though.

Fawad will play all seven matches now!

They can call SM, who is in states but have visa for playing cricket in UK, but I think Afridi doesn't want him.

most likely khtamal will be dropped and hameed will be retained as the wicket keeper. It might work out, actually

Well he's a brilliant slip fielder, so one can assume it'll be easy for him with the gloves on insha allah.

Please can people stop harping on about Imran Nazir. He is the same as every other opener we've produced since Anwar..a flat track bully. People rave about him as if he's Sehwag!! A quickfire hundred in a joke of a tourney such as the ICL doesn't make you a world beater. The guy has play almost 80 ODIS and still can't average 25! He has been found out time and time again as have Hameed, Farhat and all the other average opening Joes.

SM fled to the US. I wonder why he was in such a hurry?

Maybe cause he was dropped from T20/ODI squads
or Maybe his wife playing there.

by the way, do you want him in?

From what I have heard, Malik was quite close to Kami and Salman so I am not sure I would want him in the team right now.
