In some ways I can understand Butt's anger here. If anyone remembers, he was a senior PCB (formerly known as BCCP) official in 1987 during the gatting-shakoor rana incident. He obviously has some scores he wants to settle from those days.

he was saying that if they sue me,i will go on and sue them instead.this has been going on for long now,and it has to be ended.
how can we fix a match, that we won,if other team is not involved.when we told ECB about these players, they said english players are not involved and i told them to provide evidence in english players favour, but they didn`t do so.and it is other way round for pak players.
he also said in girly manner that commments from ECB are "stupid".
atleast,he has shown some guts here.

If there is a limit - it doesn't seem like we're near it yet.

If Butt was a Hindu, he would definitely come back in the next life as a parrot.

You accuse Pakistan of match-fixing? I accuse you of match-fixing.
You sue me? I sue you.

In case Mr Butt does not realise, the ECB or English cricketers have to make a defamatory statement before he can sue them. I haven't heard anyone accuse Ijaz Butt of match-fixing so I'm afraid he might be a little bit stuck on this one!

He effectively destroyed out relations with one of the few boards who were trying to help us out with neutral venues. Read this news.

I was watching Najam Sethi Show on Dunya TV just now. The journalist as well as the callers had such quality stuff to say about Ijaz Butt.

I wonder if Butt ever watches these. He should resign just on the basis of the feedback he gets from everyone in the country.
