What is the State? I know the state can be many things but if you was to answer this question, What would be your understanding of the state?

Look to your constitution,for the best interpretation.It varies from country to country maybe.In our constitution state has been separately defined,it includes everything from the 3 pillars of central and state government,statutory and non statutory bodies,local authorities.
