Fact or Christian Propaganda ?

What do you make of the Muslim population figures predicted in this video from 2008?

I've seen this before, at first it seemed like a positive video. But then I found out about the group behind the video and it is basically propaganda. Pretty much 0% of the numbers presented as facts are not true. There was an article that absolutely ripped this video apart.

It's just propaganda to make your average bible thumpin' redneck scared.

The population statistics posted in the video are not credible.

Here is a great response that breaks everything down quite nicely:

I think the high population growth rate will fall off in the next few decades. Of course the culture of Europe will change - there will be some crossfertilisation between Christian liberal democracy and Islam.

It's a shame that more people can't look at the commonalities between Islam and Christianity instead of the differences.

We all pray to the same God

Don't know if you checked the BBC Article but it debunks the population growth numbers.

Very well said.

Cross-fertilisation - as you describe it - between the three Abrahamic faiths is really much older than perhaps many realize. The Rennaissance is a direct consequence of interaction between Jews, Christians and Muslims. Whenever the communities have worked together, civilisations have flourished. Correspondingly, whenever the 3 have pulled apart - for whatever reason or cause - chaos and confusion has ensued. All have suffered from divisions between and amongst the Faiths, as well as the denominations within them.

Unity is only achieved when people do acknowledge commonalities and build upon them.
