Asif & Amir still in ICC top 10

I am confused. Is it ok to include these players in ICC test ranking.

Amir is 10th and Asif is 6th Best test bowler..

Without any proof otherwise, ICC cant discredit all their performances till date. So their rankings must hold, but they should be prosecuted on the basis of whatever proof is present against them

Yes because thats what happened when amir became ineligible for the 'emerging talent' (or something like that) award.
