Now again he's performing against the second best team in the tub with two butt to butt 50s.

We've said that same thing to many players over the years, he's a talented player but we've had plenty of those. It's important that we be realistic and remember that he's still very, very young.

Too many youngsters have been consigned to the scrapheap because of prematurely high expectations, we can't allow the same mistakes to happen with the likes of Salman.
