Need help for buying a mini laptop

hey folks need your advise on buying a second laptop

main things I am looking for

around 320 GB HDD
11-13" widescreen
2+GB RAM
atleast 3 usb ports (2 would be ok)
Camera would be nice

The main concern is that this lappie is for travel. so battery must be decent , cooling should be ok and lightweight .

btw does any mini laptop come with optical drive (dvd)

Oh and please dont just ipad and likes they dont have any processing power (I own ipad already)

No macbook ..need windows on that

I have shortlisted

Dell™ Inspiron M101z
Dell Alienware is too expensive and I dont plan to use that many features so thats out

Lenovo Ideapad U series
U260 12.5" Slim book laptop.
13" U350
Thinkpad and others

http://shop.lenovo.com/SEUILibrary/c...-4=3&facet-4=4

Lenovo seems to have best variety.

Havent seen HP as yet .Anyone who uses these minis?

Do you just want a small laptop or do you need it to be an Ultra Light - ridiculously expensive - over sized calculator?

Got this for my client the other day. Pretty decent little lappy for the price.

I would never touch anything other than HP especially when it comes to laptops. Rock solid build, especially those designed for business and spot on customer service. Had HP laptops myself for the last 6 years, never had an issue. Highly recommended.

I would suggest that get a notebook. it would be light and would have longer battery life. Easy to carry. I used one HP notebook and it was pretty good for writing my assingments and surfing the net. It was 160 GB HD. Pretty good.
