Same article, different headlines
I read the same article on two sites with different headlines. I think English media is scared of our Indian younsters. Are they playing mind games?
Headline 1: India must improve before England Tests - Dravid - http://www.espn.co.uk/cricket/sport/story/97911.html Headline 1: Dravid impressed with India's young talent - http://www.espncricinfo.com/west-ind...ry/520625.html Article: Quote:

A bit strange, admittedly, but I really don't think that we are scared of India and her youngsters. If anything, we are wary of India's golden generation. For many cricket fans here, this series is one of the most, if not the most anticipated, in yonks. And there is a sense of quiet confidence that we will win.
We have been terribly disappointed with the quality of cricket of the last couple of Asian teams (I do not consider Bangladesh a proper team) and are thus hoping for a really competitive series. That said, we also realise that we have to do well in Asia in order to be truly number 1 or close, even if we were to trounce India this summer. Fingers crossed. |

English media comes across as the most pathetic. The way they were writing about pakistan after the trio exposed was one of the most pathetic and most biased news you can come across.

Afridizindabad,
Media everywhere can be biased. But the coverage of the cheats was generally fine in the erstwhile broadsheets, as opposed to the red tops. Don't forget that the trio were effing spot fixing! And were essentially 'caught' with their hands in the till. And the media and the public were outraged, and rightly so. That said, I think that the outrageous denials and counter accusations that issued from the PCB might have added fuel to the fire and made our indignation, as evinced in the media, that little bit more shrill. |

You can turn around and look at it as Cricinfo (Indian media) boosting their own team.
Headlines tend to have biases, as long as they reflect what was said, it's all good.
