Razzaq hasn't bowled 10 overs in an ODI for a couple of years now, and his batting is VERY hot and cold. Pakistan desprately needs a fast bowling all rounder to replace Razzaq and bring some balance to the side.

Becoz malik is a better odi batsman,better fielder and a very useful off spinner.Miles ahead in every facet of the game than asad.

Asad has done very well in recent ODI games, and was scoring runs consistently. A guy who is trying to make his comeback having been dropped for poor form does not automatically deserve a place over a guy in from consistently bagging runs.

It was a very poor decision to drop asad in my opinion.

I would have too. Don't see the point of switching cheema, then Sohail, then back to cheema again. Especially since Cheema didn't have a great first game either.

Personally probably would have gone with junaid for the rest of the series if they weren't happy with either Cheema or Sohail (which to me kind of seems they aren't considering they're switching them so regularly).

IMO its a good choice, Younis & Misbah are the stabilisers as is Shafiq.. we can't have 3 of them in the team. Malik can play the big shots when required, haven't seen that with Shafiq.
