Pakistan's Future

Right now, Pakistan is doing well in cricket but in the future, it won't be the same because Pakistan team are letting the youngsters play and some of the classic players are going to retire soon. So I think Pakistan should let the classical players play right now in these important matches

They are building the team nicely, especially the test team. They ca replace Misbah with Umar Akmal.

I got a totally opposite problem!

I want the teams to play a mix of old and young and slowly phase out the old while introducing the new. In this case, Team Pakistan is doing a phenomenal job. I think the controversies of the past have helped Pakistan, maturely or pre-maturely, introduce new blood in the Pakistani team.
India, as a contrasting case, might have a huge problem in the near future. Their rock solid middle order will go extinct in a few months and not playing enough young middle order will rock the Indian side, which relies heavily on their middle order.
Also, take the case of Sri Lankan side. Retirement of the few 'classical' players from their test side has really caused problems for them.

but its true by 2030 all the players are going to retire so there would be an increasing concern of playing the right team , as by that time we will only have mediocre players.

This future will be torn to shreds if the report that malik will be captain again has any substance.

Do you have any idea of what you are on about as at first thought you wrote 2030 as a typo but now not too sure, what do you want us to plan?

Line up a few genetically strong babies and train them as cricketers so we have replacements for 2030.

Gotta think long term bro.
