GM Flare Original

Got this as a replacement for my KD bat that split up the toe. Weighs in at 2lb8.1oz's without a scuff sheet, feels nice in my hands and has 12 nice grains with a bit of heartwood on the outside edge. Look forward to knocking it in and getting it out to the middle.

This is also the one they do that doesn't have GM Now or Toe-tek, it simply has the GM DriGuard. So gotta knock it in fully, which is fine by me.

Very nice bat and lovely grains. Not a huge profile but should get you runs nonetheless.

Looks lovely, I really like shape of Flare as I believe it is one of the best all round bat and one of best balanced bat out there in the market.

Even the GM Now and Toe-Tek bats require good knocking/playing in until you reach optimum point.

I hope it serves you well, I'm sure on Australian pitches it will go well

that bat looks very nice, not massive edges or 5000 grains but a nice balance of all things hope it plays well for you

Nah. I sold the Gladiator after having it rehandled by L&W, and then I sold the Laver's as they were a bit heavy.

Very nice looking bat, I take it has a high middle and being 2-8 it should feel as light as a feather.

Won't say 'high' bro, it is all round bat, sweetspot is neither high nor low.

I play for Western Suburbs DCC in the Queensland Premier grade comp, which is the main/best comp in QLD, and I'm mainly around 3rd/4th grade.

What about you?
