Venezuela has 49 out of 100,000 yet the way you've posted is to imply Pakistan has the highest murder rate. Pakistan's murder rate seems to fall in line with most the world, and one would have to wonder exactly how they collected all this data given the resources of different police forces. Not to mention the US having 2 less murders then Pakistan but being a first world country.
