Instead of evaluating other people, we must evaluate ourselves on this Hadith, and try to act on it!
Just simply pinpointing fingers on leaders that this Hadith is made r them only destroys the purpose of this Hadith!
We are all guardians over someone else in some or the other way and so, we ourselves should be very wary of the consequence of not following this Hadith, rather than looking at someone else.
