Good to see Sialkot win vs Lahore Eagles. Last time around, it was their clash that made news in the tournament. Shoaib Malik deliberately threw away a match, in order to kick Lahore Eagles out of the tournament, because of an earlier mishandling of affairs by the official people.

I support Sialkot stallions though....

Peshawar is 142/3

Overs - 15

Batsmen are Younis Khan and Rafatullah. The use of orange ball was a very bad idea, one can hardly see it with sun setting.

Jeez, Wasti looks like a carbon copy of Inzi from 2 years ago.
And Im glad I got to hear Sikandar Bakht again after 3 years - such a funny commentator.
Decent batting effort from Rafatullah and Younis to get Peshawar up to 185. Should be a difficult score but we'll see what the master blaster from Sarghoda can do

Yeah it was close, and as for Imran and Humayun opening? I like the idea very very much.

PS. Humayun's highest score when opening an innings was.............

139* FROM 63 BALLS with 19 FOURS AND 6 SIXES!!!

Aj - Faisalabad got hammered by Younis' team (Peshawar)
That Jaan Sar Khan for Peshawar wasnt quick but he was getting huge swing around the 15 over mark. Might have even been reverse swing

Great game between Lahore Lions and Karachi (more like Bengali looking at their players) Dolphins.
Afsar Nawaz and Faisal Iqbal got Karachi to 199.
Razzaq played a brilliant 63 off 31 but when he got out it looked all over for Lahore especially when they needed 21 off 7 with 1 wicket left. But Imran Tahir and Wasim Khan hit some big shots and pulled off a very unlikely win

I thought that was possible only if Afridi was on crease, OR when I was on stickcricket.com.
21 off 7 balls is quite an achievement.

I watched the match live on Tensports... Wasim Khan made 16 of 6 balls, while Imran Tahir smashed 11 of three to pull of the unlikliest of wins.

Was a good match, both teams got around the 200 run mark.

Any more matches today?

Apart from his last over. He did get a bit of a phaintying from Razzaq.
It was also quite laughable when that bald offspinner was telling his fielder to move after being hit onto the roof off consecutive deliveries. Did he want a fielder up there?
Both this guy and the other offspinner have very dodgy actions

The other offspinner, Irfanuddin has an extremely shady action.

His arm is bent considerably.

Lahore Lions needed 27 off the last 9 deliveries with just the last wicket standing...and they won!

There were a few unpleasant incidents during the Lahore innings, as a few Karachi fielders went OTT in their celebrations and sledging. The idiot bowler gave Taufeeq a flying kiss as a send-off after bowling him out. Youhana was visibly annoyed when things continued whilst he started his knock, walked up to the umpire, and sternly himself admonished Faisal Iqbal the skipper to reign things in. Poor Faisal had no choice as this was coming from someone he wants to bat with in the Pak middle order!

Razzak who blasted 61 off 30-odd balls, in the post-match interview said: "Humm tu khailne aaye thai...Karachi team waale serious ho gaye." ...(We just came to play cricket but the Karachi boys got too serious.)

Farhad i felt the same way that they were going bit over the top, but then i was like maybe that will give more taste to the cricket so fans will turn up to support their respective teams.
I hope it doesnt leave any bad taste for the players who will be joining eachother in the national team, coz for sure we need ONE UNIT in national team and no grudges.
