Training

A question to those that train, which is the best brand of Whey powder/Protein Shake to take whilst weight training?

I bought some 'Body Fortress' recently, but haven't started using it yet as i'm waiting to break up from Uni this Friday inshAllah before i properly hit the weights.

Which is the best brand for substantial muscle growth and what other foods should i eat to increase my protein intake?

if your looking for protein shakes to bulk up , then i drink progain...maximuscle one......with this one you dont mix it and shake it with skimmed milk , you mix it in water and ready to go! if your excercising then 1 scoop before your work out and 1 scoop after your work out in 2 weeks you will notice the difference and gain a few pounds

Oye Gujar badmaash, no shortcut to success. Stick to natural e.g. fish, chicken, milk etc
